The company submitted its development permit application on Jan. 24 but it wasn’t circulated around city hall until early March.

They are looking to build a six-storey, or 22 metre, building with 28 one-bedrooms, 78 two-bedrooms and 14 three-bedrooms.

According to the city’s developments website, the application was submitted on May 8 and has not yet been circulated around the planning department.

The city may require more information before staff can prepare a report for council consideration.
